About Me:
I began my fitness journey in 2010 during my junior year of high school, where my football trainer first taught me the importance of proper form and disciplined training. Over the past 16 years, I’ve explored a wide range of workout styles, routines, and techniques—continually refining an approach that is both effective and sustainable.
Working in construction means my days start early, which is why I’m in the gym by 5 a.m. each morning. Through this routine, I’ve learned how to make the most of limited time and stay consistent while balancing a demanding schedule. My goal is simple: to share what I’ve learned so others can achieve their own fitness goals, no matter how busy life may be.
Staying motivated and disciplined hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve found that when workouts are engaging, challenging, and constantly evolving, showing up becomes something to look forward to. That belief is the foundation of everything I build through HKM Fitness.
